Corby Dodson
Owner & President
While fairly young in terms of years since its launch, the history behind Summit Construction Group dates back generations. There is a very good reason the company founder, Corby Dodson is as comfortable on the construction site as he is in the boardroom. This 3rd generation developer/contractor comes from a long line of entrepreneurs that taught him the value of hard work.
Corby attended Tarleton State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree. Immediately after graduating from college Corby started showing his entrepreneurial spirit and opened his first retail business. Shortly thereafter he decided to follow his family legacy in the construction industry.
Corby’s dedication to continuing his family’s legacy is reflected in his, and the company’s Core Values.

Andrew Meeks
Project Manager
Andrew has always been a builder of great things. After graduating from Tarleton State University in 2015, he pursued a career in Construction Management to connect everything he was passionate about: problem solving, working with others in a collaborative environment, and building meaningful places that will be used for years to come.
Andrew has experience building Multi-Family, Healthcare, Retail, Tilt-wall, and Office space having put in place over 750 million dollars of work. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying the summer time on the lake with friends, and traveling.

Don Gill
VP – Operations Residential Division
Don is a seasoned veteran in new home construction as well as remodel with more than 20 years of experience as a home builder. As VP of Operations Residential Summit Construction Group he maintains close contact with clients to ensure that every detail is closely monitored to maintain Summit Construction Groups exceptional standard of excellence. Don is passionate about understanding the needs of his clients, while developing efficient budgets and schedules for a stress-free experience.
Don has been a member of Somervell County community since marring his wife Donia of 28 years, he met as he earned a Master of Science Teaching from Tarleton State University. Don takes pride and enjoys spending time with his three children and two grandchildren.

Brody Maples
Accountant
Brody joined Summit Construction Group in October of 2022 as the Accounting Manager. He has four years in Construction and Project accounting.
Brody is involved in full cycle accounting duties, with a focus in financial and project reporting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He spends his free time golfing, watching sports, and traveling.

Stone Costello
Project Engineer
Stone started his career with Summit Construction after graduating from Tarleton State University in 2021.
Stone assists the project management team in all stages of construction. He thrives on solving customer needs and being creative in finding multiple solutions for each project we undertake.
Outside of work, Stone enjoys chasing a variety of different game animals through ought the Southern United States.

Brady Gibson
Project Engineer
Brady Gibson started in the construction industry as an electrician. He then went to college and graduated with a degree in Construction Science and Management from Tarleton State University. He has since pursued a career in the project management side of construction by joining Summit Construction as a project engineer.
In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and working on old trucks.

Jami Sublette
Project Manager – Residential Division
Jami Sublette joined Summit Construction and Sable Integration in March of 2021.
Her inspiring ability for critical thinking, multitasking and organizational skills has enhanced from years of experience.
Her construction experience comes from her family owned business, Trendsetter Tile.
After years of learning, Jami opened a sister company Trendsetter Construction and oversaw the roofing side of the business.
In Jami’s spare time you can find her and her husband cheering on their children at the fields, or painting. Although, Houston is where she’s from, Glen Rose is her forever home.

Stephen Adair
Superintendent
With approximately a decade of experience in the construction industry, Stephen joined Summit Construction in 2023.
While working on schools, churches, industrial warehouses, a movie theater, manufacturing plants, a hotel and the Globe Life Field, Stephen has accrued a wide range of experience and expertise that he utilizes in his daily routine.
When Stephen is not in the field he enjoys spending time hunting, fishing and at youth events.

Grant Wilson
Superintendent
Grant Wilson joined the Summit Construction team as a superintendent in early 2023 bringing with him 20+ years of residential construction experience. His building background includes track and custom homes all the way up to large multi-unit townhome buildings. His attention to detail, strong rapport with contractors and clients along with his passion for home building led him to managing multimillion dollar projects very early in his career.
Grant met his wife Lisa of 20+ years while at Tarleton State University. They now live just South of Dallas and enjoy visiting family in Dublin and Stephenville. He enjoys shooting clays, watching Formula 1 racing and cooking out with family and friends during his off time.

Brittany Jenkins
HR Manager
Brittany Jenkins, has been an admin assistant for both Summit Construction and Sable Integration since 2022. She continues to tackle any task with confidence and positivity, ensuring operations run smooth never losing a smile on her face.
Brittany is a Glen Rose native and when not working she enjoys spending time watching her husband coach their children in sports, and spending the hot Texas summers around the pool grilling with friends and family.
